For larger companies with several brands and teams
DigiStorey gives a holding company, a large business or an agency one place to run marketing for every brand, with central approvals, budget limits and a private instance of its own.
What changes when you move to DigiStorey
On the left, how it usually goes in a growing company. On the right, how it works with us.
| Area | Typical today | On DigiStorey |
|---|---|---|
| Brands | Each brand has its own agency, logins and reports | Every brand in one workspace, each with its own pages, numbers and voice |
| Spending | Budgets approved by message; overspend found at month end | Every spend is an approval with the amount; monthly caps enforced by the system |
| Customer messages | Personal phones, no record when staff leave | One company number per brand, shared inbox, full history, opt-outs respected |
| Website & SEO | A quarterly agency PDF | A daily audit with exact fixes, keyword pages and link outreach |
| Reporting | Five dashboards, different numbers | One measured view: cost per lead, return on spend, what improved this week |
| Access | Shared passwords | Personal logins with roles; chat agents see only their own conversations |
The head office decides. Each brand does its own work.
Many teams and markets, one finance department. That's the setup we planned for.
Multi-brand structure
A parent company and its brands. One pitch per outside website across all brands, so an outside website never gets three e-mails from you.
Approvals & budget caps
Owner and admins approve spend and broadcasts. Auto-approve limits and monthly caps are yours to set.
Roles & chat agents
Admins, editors, viewers per section, and chat agents who only see the chats assigned to them.
Private instance
Each company runs in its own copy with its own database, storage and address. Nothing is shared.
Many markets
Target countries per brand: India, the Gulf or anywhere else. Keywords, festivals and wording follow them.
Integrations
CRM webhooks and API keys, your own AI provider accounts, Microsoft 365 or Amazon SES for e-mail.
For agencies: every client in one login
Add each client as a brand with its own channels, colours and approvals. Win new clients with a one-off website and competitor audit you can print as a branded report.
- Client audit for sales meetings: website, competitors, social presence
- Separate approvers per client
- Weekly "what improved" report per client

Before you decide
Need a security questionnaire answered or a call with your IT team? We're glad to.
Do we get our own instance?
Yes. Each company runs in its own private copy of DigiStorey with its own database, storage and address. No data is shared between companies.
Can different teams see different things?
Yes. Owners and admins see everything; editors and viewers only the sections you tick; chat agents only their own conversations.
How are approvals handled?
Anything that spends money or reaches customers becomes an approval with the cost attached. Approvers decide on the dashboard, by notification or in the mobile app, and every decision is logged.
Can it connect to our CRM?
Yes. Any CRM can send leads in by webhook or API key.
